For schools

Every student's week, in one place.

A school starts with PeakScore in one afternoon. Students sign in with their school Google account, Classroom work flows in read-only, and the school decides which grades from its own admin console. Nothing to install, no roster to upload, no contract to negotiate first.

ClassroomRead-only, per student, optional
The short version
No roster. No install. No promises.

What a school gets. Every student's classes, homework, tests and grades in one calm place, with the studying already planned around their activities. A study group per class that shares exam dates and a shelf of materials. A family page the student can switch on. And a report to the school every month: how many use it, what broke, what they asked for. Totals only, no names.

What we refuse. We will not claim it raises grades; we show you the numbers instead. We never read grades from Classroom, never write anything back, never show ads, never sell data. A student can leave in one tap, and takes a copy of everything with them.

Your Google account

What PeakScore reads,
exactly.

Google verified PeakScore's app branding on 13 October 2026. Every permission it asks for is in Google's non-sensitive class, and each one is the student's own choice.

Sign in with Google

Name, email and profile photo, to open the account. That is the whole sign-in.

Always
Google Classroom

Read-only: course names, the titles and due dates of published assignments, and whether the student turned each one in. Never grades, never submitted files, nothing from classmates or teachers. It cannot post, edit or delete anything.

If the student connects it
Google Drive

Only the PeakScore folder it creates. It cannot see, list or open any other file.

If the student connects it
Nothing else

No Gmail, no Calendar, no Contacts, no location. A student disconnects from Settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, at any time.

Ever
Starting, in the admin console

Three steps.
About ten minutes.

01

Allow the app for the grades you choose

Google Admin console, Security, Access and data control, API controls, Manage third-party app access, Configure new app. Search for the client ID below, pick the organizational units, and set the access to Trusted.

02

Let students authorize Classroom access

Apps, Google Workspace, Classroom, Data access. Turn on the setting that lets users authorize apps to access their Classroom data, for the same units. Without it the Classroom connection shows an error from Google; everything else still works.

03

Tell us the grades and the date

We send a note home for families and a one-page start guide for students, and we are on call on day one. A sample account is at peakscore.com.br/demo for anyone who wants to look first.

Where the data lives, who can see it

In São Paulo.
Behind rules, not promises.

Location

Accounts, school data and uploaded files live in Google Firebase in the São Paulo region of Google Cloud. Our server code runs in São Paulo too. Only the page delivery network and the usage analytics, which see a pseudonymized ID and never a name, touch servers abroad.

LGPD
Each student, their own data

Database rules let a student read and write only their own account. Not an interface promise: a rule the database enforces, proven by automated checks on Google's own rules engine.

Enforced
Study groups

Joined by invite link only. What the group sees is each student's choice at every join: the name shown (first name, initials or a nickname), the week scoreboard of study days, and studying now. All off until switched on. Never grades.

Opt-in
Even we see initials

Our admin screen shows initials and a masked email. Revealing a name needs a typed reason, written to a log we cannot erase, and if the log fails the names stay hidden.

Break-glass
The monthly report

Active students, sessions, what broke, what they asked for. Totals only. In December the school decides whether it stays.

Totals

The full write-up, in three languages: peakscore.com.br/seguranca. The legal version: Privacy Policy and Terms.

What IT asks

The questions we get,
answered straight.

Does it write anything to Classroom?

No. The scopes are read-only, and the token never leaves the student's browser; our servers never see it.

Read-only
Can we switch it off?

Any day. Remove the app in the admin console, or turn off Classroom data access. Students keep their own accounts and can delete them in one tap.

Any day
Which students?

The school decides by organizational unit. PeakScore is for students aged 13 and over; for students under 18 we ask that a guardian reads the policy with them.

Your call
Does it work without Classroom?

Yes. Classes and homework can be typed, or read from a photo of the printed timetable. Classroom only saves the typing.

Yes
What about teachers?

Nothing changes for them. No account to manage, no dashboard to learn. Students bring their own week to PeakScore; teachers keep teaching in Classroom.

No new admin
Who do we talk to?

The two students who build it, directly: peakscore2026@gmail.com. Same-day answers during a rollout.

Direct
No contract to start

Bring it to your school.

A note home first, then each student opts in. Ten minutes in the admin console, and the first grade can sign in the same week.

Free for the school. Free to start for students. Made by students.
