1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PeakScore at www.peakscore.com.br, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this service and to agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PeakScore is an academic organizer for students that:

• Brings your classes, homework, tests, and grades into one merged day you can read at a glance
• Places homework and due dates into your schedule, and builds a prep plan for each test automatically, counting back from test day
• Tracks your grades on the scale your school actually uses, across the academic terms you set up
• Connects to Google Classroom on a read-only basis, so published assignments flow into your plan
• Offers an optional SAT add-on that fits around school: an adaptive study plan, practice-score tracking, a free 50-lesson Desmos course, and a university list with sourced SAT ranges

PeakScore is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CollegeBoard, Khan Academy, or any other organization mentioned on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of PeakScore, you must create an account using either a valid email address or a Google account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at peakscore2026@gmail.com
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PeakScore only for your own lawful, personal academic use. You must not:

• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish the planning and study content or any proprietary data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scheduling and plan-generation logic
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use automated tools to access or collect data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Attempt to access other users' account data

5. Educational Guidance Disclaimer

PeakScore provides general educational guidance, organization, and personalized planning based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee:

• Any specific SAT score improvement or academic outcome
• Admission to any university or program
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party data (university SAT ranges, CollegeBoard test dates, Google Classroom assignments)
• That the plan will be optimal for every individual student

Your academic and SAT results depend on many factors including individual effort, prior knowledge, test-taking conditions, and consistency of practice. PeakScore is a tool to support your studies, not a replacement for dedicated work.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PeakScore, including but not limited to the planning and scheduling logic, session content, topic structure, user interface design, and written materials, is owned by PeakScore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce or distribute PeakScore's content to others
• Create derivative works based on PeakScore's methodology
• Use PeakScore's branding or visual identity without permission

7. User Data and Privacy

Your use of PeakScore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PeakScore, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of the personal data you provide. You may export or delete your data at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

PeakScore links to and integrates with third-party services including Khan Academy, Desmos, Bluebook (CollegeBoard), and the US College Scorecard API. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. PeakScore is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

Google Classroom. Connecting Google Classroom is entirely optional. If you connect it, you authorize PeakScore to read, on a read-only basis, the names of your active courses and the title and due date of published assignments, solely so that this work can be placed into your plan. PeakScore never writes to your Classroom account and never reads submissions, grades, files, or your classmates' information. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect at any time from the School page, which removes the imported assignments from your plan.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access
• Update or change features to improve the service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeakScore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

In no event shall PeakScore's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid PeakScore in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you have not paid, USD $0).

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at peakscore2026@gmail.com. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of PeakScore after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in Brazil, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Código de Defesa do Consumidor where applicable.
